Welcome to Our Creek Harbour. By accessing, requesting access to, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the platform
Our Creek Harbour is an independent community platform intended for residents and eligible community members connected to Dubai Creek Harbour.
It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Emaar Properties.
2. Access and eligibility
Access to some or all parts of the platform may be limited to approved, invited, verified, or otherwise eligible users.
We may request information reasonably necessary to review access, maintain trust and safety, and protect the community.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide reasonably accurate information
- keep your account credentials secure
- use the platform lawfully and respectfully
- avoid spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, or misleading behaviour
- avoid uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
4. Community content
You remain responsible for content you submit, including listings, messages, feedback, reports, comments, images, and other materials.
We may review, restrict, remove, or moderate content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to complaints, or maintain platform integrity.
5. Verification, moderation, and trust
We may review applications, membership details, verification materials, reports, and user activity to support a trusted community environment.
Approval, rejection, suspension, removal, or restriction of access may occur where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, moderation, or platform operations.
6. Marketplace and member interactions
The platform may enable member-to-member interactions, including listings, inquiries, and messaging.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions and arrangements are made between users. The platform is not a payment processor, escrow provider, broker, or guarantor of user behaviour, listings, or outcomes.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free operation.
Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the platform, member interactions, third-party services, or user-submitted content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms.
